Neill's Creek Farms Property Owner's Association (POA) was established in 1986 to create a new community of property owners and ensure the preservation of our Equestrian Community, with its community park, extensive riding/walking trails, abundant green space and water features.

OUR HISTORY
Incorporated in 1986, and enlarged in 1989, Neill's Creek Farms is an Equestrian Community of approximately 160 lots ranging in size from 1.25 to 19.50 acres. Located in Angier, North Carolina, we are 40 minutes from our State Capital, 10 minutes from the Cape Fear River, and 5 minutes from a growing downtown. We, as a community, can truly boast to having it all.
